Job Title: Assembly Associate 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Arlington, TX 76010

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday Thursday | 5:00 AM 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday Thursday | 3:30 PM 2:00 AM

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Assembly Associates to join our manufacturing team on 1st and 2nd shift. This position is responsible for assembling wire strippers and related hand tools while maintaining production and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous assembly or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble wire strippers and related hand tools according to work instructions and production standards

Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met

Operate hand tools and basic assembly equipment safely and efficiently

Follow established assembly procedures and production schedules

Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity

Identify and report defective materials, parts, or equipment issues

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Assist with other production duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous assembly experience preferred

Manufacturing or production experience required

Ability to stand for the entire shift

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed

Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Must be able to pass Drug Screen

Must be eligible to work in the US

Work Environment

Manufacturing facility producing wire strippers and other hand tools

Fast-paced production environment with repetitive assembly tasks

Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and handling small components throughout the shift

Team-oriented, safety-focused workplace
