Assistant Operations Manager

A quick-service Asian eatery known for high quality dumplings and noodles in Manhattan is looking for an assistant operational manager to help drive the company forward.. . FULL TIME. Schedule: 5 days including weekends. Hours: somewhere between10:30am-10pm. . Responsibilities (training & growth path):. Stage 1: FOH Training. Train in 3 FOH positions – cashier, barista, packer. . Stage 2: Shift Leader. Oversee FOH operations during shift. Lead and support team members. Ensure smooth and efficient service. Maintain store standards and customer satisfaction. Must hold a valid NYC Food Protection Certificate to be promoted to Shift Leader. . Stage 3: Assistant Operational Manager. Similar responsibilities as above with some additions such as inventory management, scheduling and performance review.. . Compensation:. Stage 1 & Stage 2 (60days): $17-20 / hour (take home). Stage 3 (Management training): $3800-4000 / month (take home). Manager (Post-training): $4000-4200 / month (take home). Performance Growth: Additional compensation increases based on performance and business needs. . Requirements:. Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends. [Preferred] Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in hospitality. Food Protection Certificate (can be obtained during FOH training, but required for Shift Leader promotion). Strong communication and problem solving skills Experience: Not required Employment: Full-time Salary: $20 – $25 hourly Starting time: Immediate start!
