Ideal candidate: PharmD or BS in PharmacyExperience in Specialty, Infusion, or hospital experienceActive NV licenseActive CA license or ability to obtain Key Responsibilities Serve as the designated Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring compliance with all applicableregulations (USP , , FDA, and state boards of pharmacy) Oversee sterile compounding operations, including workflow, personnel, and qualityassurance programs Ensure compliance with multi-state pharmacy regulations, including California and othernon-resident state requirements Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sterile compounding Hire, supervise, and train pharmacists and pharmacy technicians Manage pharmacy inspections, audits, and regulatory interactions Oversee environmental monitoring, validation, and documentation programs Ensure proper handling, storage, and dispensing of compounded sterile preparations Collaborate with leadership on operational strategy, expansion, and licensing initiatives Maintain accurate records and ensure readiness for inspections at all times #J-18808-Ljbffr Soliant
