Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Radiology Technologist for an onsite opportunity in Brighton, Massachusetts. This role is responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic examinations while providing accurate, safe, and respectful patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Radiology Technologist prepares and positions patients for diagnostic imaging, operates radiographic equipment, maintains radiation-safety standards, supports patient flow, and completes the functions necessary to ensure effective and accurate patient care.

COMPENSATION
• Salary Range: $83,636-$124,259
• Signing Bonus: Yes
• Relocation Package: None

SCHEDULE / AVAILABILITY
• Overnight Availability Friday, Saturday And Sunday Is Required
• Position Is Onsite In Brighton, Massachusetts
• Travel Is Not Required

ROLE
• Select Appropriate Imaging To Provide Required Diagnostic Information Following Departmental Guidelines
• Prepare And Position Patients For Diagnostic Imaging
• Perform Radiographic Examinations With A High Degree Of Accuracy While Minimizing Repeat Imaging
• Operate Radiographic Equipment Safely And Knowledgeably
• Follow Radiation-Safety Practices Including Collimation, Shielding And Proper Image Identification
• Maintain Cleanliness And Orderliness Of The Work Area
• Support Patient Flow And Imaging Quality Under Technical Management Supervision
• Explain Examination Processes To Patients
• Maintain Professional Interactions With Patients And Medical Staff
• Perform Functions Necessary To Support Effective Patient Care, Including Clerical And Transport Duties
• Assist Technical Management With Daily Processor / Film Sensitometry
• Complete Patient Tracking Functions Supporting Accurate Billing, Report Transcription And Film Retrieval

REQUIREMENTS
• Successful Completion Of An Approved Radiologic Technology Program REQUIRED
• Valid Massachusetts State License Or Temporary License REQUIRED
• ARRT Certification Or Eligibility With One Year To Obtain Certification REQUIRED
• Overnight Availability Friday, Saturday And Sunday REQUIRED
• BLS Certification REQUIRED

PREFERRED
• Associate's Degree In Radiologic Technology
