Liability Claims Adjuster – General Liability, Bodily Injury & Property Damage (CA, FL & NY) Dedicated client with capped caseloads. Commercial trucking and excess claims supported nationwide with a strong focus on California, Florida and New York. Key Responsibilities Analyze and process claims through well‑developed action plans to achieve timely resolution, investigating and gathering information to determine exposure. Negotiate settlements within designated authority. Communicate claim activity and processing with the claimant and the client. Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to requests and directions in a professional, timely manner. Additional Responsibilities Apply knowledge and experience to adjudicate complex customer claims within service expectations and industry best practices. Qualifications Education & Licensing: 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent; High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Professional certification in line of business preferred. License required; jurisdiction knowledge of CA, FL & NY. Benefits & Compensation Range of starting pay: $70,000 – $85,000.
