Financial Admin Specialist

Check, verify and enter data into financial management system;Process large volumes of complex data rapidly and accurately;Validate data for accuracy and authenticity;Post transactions and transaction batches to general ledger;Daily processing of check payments to vendors and other financial management data;Update records in financial management system;Analyze anomalies and create solutions;Function in accordance with established standards and procedures;Provides assistance and support to internal and external customers;Perform filing and general administrative tasks;Ensure confidentiality and security of all financial files;Maintain the current department electronic filing system for all financial documents;Maintain all reports, spreadsheets and applicable financial data files;Performs related work as apparent or assigned;Translate highly technical and programmatic data into actionable reports.Facilitate data call requests and assists with info gathering such as accruals, UDOs, and audit requests; Ability to research legacy and current financial systems, generate reports, follow processes/procedures such as invoice submissions, and facilitate requirements with the end users to obtain required info; Manage appointment/meeting calendars for one or more executivesEnsure executive’s travel requests are coordinated and input into appropriate systemsRequired Qualifications:Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.5-7 years of relevant experiencePosting Date:Department: -
