Product Photographer/Graphic Designer As a Product Photographer and Designer at Masse Point Digital, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual content across a wide range of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal. You will photograph products from well‑known brands in the music industry and beyond. This role requires a strong understanding of product photography, lighting, design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions. The Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing team, sales, and other internal stakeholders to produce high‑quality designs that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement. The role reports to and takes direction from the Creative Director. Key Responsibilities: Design & Production: Take Lead on Product photography Product still Lifestyle photos Design and produce a variety of marketing collateral, including but not limited to: Digital assets (website graphics, social media content, email templates, banner ads) Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, datasheets, direct mail) Presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) Event collateral (signage, booth graphics, invitations) Internal communications materials Branded merchandise and apparel Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all marketing channels. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and accessibility standards. Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and optimal quality. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns. Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into effective and innovative visual designs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and efficiency. Provide creative input and recommendations on visual strategy. Collaborate effectively with the marketing team (content writers, digital marketers, marketing managers) to ensure designs align with overall campaign goals. Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other departments to understand their design needs and deliver appropriate solutions. Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback constructively. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Asset Management: Organize and maintain a well‑structured library of design assets, including images, fonts, logos, and templates. Ensure proper version control and accessibility of design files. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Photography/Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field. 3 years of proven professional experience as a Photographer/Designer, preferably within a corporate marketing department or agency setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Photoshop (expert level) Adobe Illustrator (expert level) Adobe InDesign (strong proficiency) Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro. Knowledge of other design software/tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Canva) is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across digital and print mediums. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Experience with branding, brand guidelines, and corporate identity. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills/Experience (Bonus Points): Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). Understanding of UI/UX principles and basic web design concepts. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Familiarity with marketing automation platforms. Photography or videography skills. Experience in B2B software, healthcare, financial services, or other specific industries.
