Clinical Pharmacology Associate Director

Leading the development and execution of clinical biomarker strategies, the full-time Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology will focus on identifying, validating, and implementing biomarker testing solutions for chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute clinical biomarker strategies for CML and other oncology programs Evaluate biomarker testing solutions from CROs and clinical laboratories, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Establish and manage partnerships with external laboratories for the development and validation of biomarker assays Required Qualifications An MD, PhD, or Pharm D in a relevant discipline with industry experience; M.S. or B.S. with substantial experience may be considered 8+ years of experience with an advanced degree or 15+ years with a M.S. or B.S. in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical laboratory settings Significant experience in developing and implementing biomarker assays, particularly in oncology or hematology Demonstrated expertise with molecular testing for hematologic malignancies, including BCR::ABL1 mutation testing Familiarity with regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities such as the FDA or EMA
