Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is excited to add an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to our team where you'll be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology/Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• Radiography (R) certification by ARRT required.
• State licensure required. New Mexico: RRT by MIRTP NMED.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Basic computer experience required, including PACS operation and image archiving workflows.
• Ability to follow PACS downtime procedures and act as a PACS superuser when needed.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot basic imaging equipment issues and report malfunctions appropriately.
• Ability to adapt patient assessment and care methods to diverse physical, cultural, and age-specific needs.
• Flexibility to work other shifts and float to other campuses as required.
• Client preference: 1 year of hospital experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Experience participating in QA processes and ongoing technical education preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 07:30 - 16:00.
• Work Schedule: Five 8-hour days per week.
• Weekend requirement: Yes, on call.
• On-call requirement: Yes.
• Must be willing to work other shifts and at other campuses as needed.

You will collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exams are completed, archived correctly in PACS, and escalated when issues occur.
