Salary: $55,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $65K–$70K Year 1)

The role:

Working on a specialist STEM recruitment desk, you’ll operate in a highly consultative, sales-driven role. Recruitment is one of the most challenging and rewarding sales environments, you’re influencing career decisions, managing complex processes, and helping businesses grow through top talent.

What we’re looking for

• 6+ months B2B sales experience, or
• A sales internship, or
• Up to 1 year in recruitment/staffing, or
• A highly motivated graduate with strong commercial awareness
