Greenhorn Ranch in Quincy, CA is looking for one front desk agents to join our team. We provide seasonal employment from April-November. We are located on 2116 Greenhorn Ranch Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. Gratuities and 1 meal per shift included.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Convert inquiries to reservations
- Perform sales calls to prompt reservations
- Complete retail sales and guest room charges
- Organize and schedule meetings as needed
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Provide support to all departments as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position
- Knowledge of basic computer programs, email and internet
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
