Main purpose of the Fabric R&D Internrole: Assisting R&D Team with ongoing projects to learn how department is run, building technical knowledge of fabrics/textiles. Major Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 75% Library organization (FABRIC AND TRIM) 5% Building fabric reference boards for cross functional teams 5% Filing headers into binders (pre‑buy) 5% Updating fabric line guides 5% Help maintain past production binders 5% Google drive maintenance Required Competencies: Interests in textiles Interest in the business/development side of fashion program ability to speak confidently Minimum Qualifications: Actively in school or just finished design/art school program Preferred Qualifications: Can tell difference between a knit and a woven fabric Proficient with excel or google sheets A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $18.50/hr to $18.50/hr.
