The Automotive Sales Advisor is responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from greeting and needs assessment to vehicle demonstrations, test drives, financing introductions, and final delivery. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, professional, and motivated to exceed sales goals while providing an outstanding dealership experience.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and solutions.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, warranties, and available protection products.
• Follow up with sales leads through phone, email, text, and CRM systems.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain knowledge of new and used vehicle inventory.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the Finance, Service, and Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in manufacturer and dealership training programs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service or retail sales experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and a flexible schedule.
• Basic computer and CRM skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Base Salary: $35,000 to $50,000 annually (depending on experience)
• Commission & Bonus Opportunities
• Total Expected Earnings: $60,000 to $120,000+ annually

• Training Pay: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour during onboarding period
• Transition to commission and bonus compensation plan upon completion of training
• First-Year Earnings Potential: $45,000 to $70,000+
