We are looking for a skilled, safety-first Forklift Operator to own our second-shift warehouse rhythm. Forget just moving boxes-you will be the backbone of our evening logistics, ensuring the right materials get to the right place at exactly the right time. What You'll Do

• Pre-shift inspections: Perform daily safety checks on brakes, hydraulics, and fluid levels before operation.
• Safe operation: Drive within facility speed limits, wear required PPE, and strictly follow OSHA guidelines.
• Loading & unloading: Move cargo, raw materials, and pallets between delivery trucks and staging areas.
• Stacking & staging: Secure, balance, and safely elevate inventory into high-tier storage racks.
• Inventory tracking: Scan barcodes, update logs, and track materials using the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Area maintenance: Keep driving aisles clear of debris and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.

Who You Are

• Certified & Experienced: You hold a valid forklift certification and have a proven track record of safe operation.
• Detail-Oriented: You take pride in neat stacking and accurate inventory tracking.
• A Night Owl: You prefer the schedule flexibility and steady workflow that comes with a dedicated second shift.
• Safety-Minded: You don't take shortcuts when it comes to your safety or the safety of your teammates.

salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 11 PM
education: No Degree Required
