Join our Day Hab team and support adults with disabilities in a one-of-a-kind program where no two days look the same. This isn't a typical facility role-our individuals participate in farm work, fiber arts, and herbal workshops , helping grow and create products right on campus.

? What You'll Do

• Support individuals in daily activities while promoting independence
• Be part of engaging programs like farming, arts, and hands-on workshops
• Ensure safety, care, and overall well-being
• Help individuals build skills and confidence
• Work as part of a supportive, team-oriented environment

?? What You Bring

• Compassion, patience, and reliability
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to be active (lifting, walking, assisting individuals)
• HS diploma or GED (experience is a plus, not required)
