The Center for Discovery Looking for a job that's active, hands-on, and actually makes a difference ? Join our Day Hab team and support adults with disabilities in a one-of-a-kind program where no two days look the same. This isn't a typical facility role-our individuals participate in farm work, fiber arts, and herbal workshops , helping grow and create products right on campus. ? What You'll Do

- Support individuals in daily activities while promoting independence
- Be part of engaging programs like farming, arts, and hands-on workshops
- Ensure safety, care, and overall well-being
- Help individuals build skills and confidence
- Work as part of a supportive, team-oriented environment
- Compassion, patience, and reliability
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to be active (lifting, walking, assisting individuals)
- HS diploma or GED (experience is a plus, not required)
- Meaningful, rewarding work every single day
- Unique, creative program environment (not your typical role!)
- Opportunities to grow and learn
