Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/01/2027 Duration: 8 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Medical ICU Float Position Position Overview This is an 8-week temporary role starting on February 1st, involving a 12-hour rotating schedule of days and nights. The position requires the flexibility to work across multiple units as an ICU float. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in the Medical Intensive Care Unit. Float to various departments as needed based on staffing requirements. Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing interventions as necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, specifically in a level 1 trauma setting. Valid Massachusetts nursing license required. Certification in CPR (AHA) and ACLS (AHA). Additional Information Orientation will be conducted weekly every Monday, barring any holidays. Please note that parking fees may apply and can cost up to $43 per day in some cases.
