Quality Coordinator

Providing operational and administrative support, the fully remote Quality Coordinator will manage project activities, documentation workflows, and sample logistics while ensuring quality-related documentation is processed accurately and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain Quality project trackers and milestone reports for project visibility Request and track Statements of Work and Purchase Orders, coordinating with Finance and vendors Route quality-related documents through review processes and maintain organized electronic records Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 0-2 years of relevant experience Experience in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical or biotechnology preferred Familiarity with Quality Assurance or Quality Control within life sciences is highly preferred Working experience with Smartsheets is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
