Programming Assistant (Activities)

Brookmeadow at Cobb Corner seeks a patient, innovative programmer to assist the Program Director in creating, scheduling, and implementing programs for our senior residents. The role involves developing long‑term program plans, coordinating activities, and ensuring resident safety and engagement.

Starting at $17 per hour. Form meaningful relationships with residents and families Help implement and coordinate the balanced daily programming schedule for 7 days per week Support coordination of entertainment including guest lecturers, musicians, and fitness instructors Participate in scheduled outings, ensuring safety of residents on transportation and off‑site Support development of monthly newsletter, taking photos, and updating social mediaREQUIREMENTS
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Education, Social Work, or related field preferred. 1+ years experience working with elderly and/or Alzheimer's populations.
