In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations in inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting tailored treatment plans aimed at optimizing patient outcomes.
• Implement physical therapy interventions that enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physicians, and rehabilitation professionals, ensuring coordinated and effective care.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic goals, discharge processes, and recommended home exercises.
• Maintain precise documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Participate in team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings, contributing to a seamless care experience.

To thrive in this role, you will need a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited program, along with a valid state license as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification is preferred, and while specialized credentials (such as neurological or geriatric therapy) are a plus, they are not mandatory. We value experience, especially in treating patients with intricate medical or mobility challenges. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as is comfort with electronic charting and documentation systems.
