Warehouse AssociateGraham Personnel Services is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for the Receiving Department. This is a physically demanding position requiring frequent heavy lifting, unloading, and material handling. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or receiving experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Receiving & Unloading: Receive and unload incoming shipments, including manually handling heavy products and materials.Heavy Lifting: Frequently lift, carry, move, and stack heavy items throughout the shift.Shipment Inspection: Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition. Report damaged or missing products to the supervisor.Material Handling: Move products to designated warehouse locations using pallet jacks, carts, or other material-handling equipment.Inventory Support: Assist with organizing, labeling, and properly storing received merchandise.Warehouse Organization: Maintain clean and organized receiving and storage areas to ensure safe and efficient operations.Teamwork: Work closely with receiving and warehouse team members to unload and process incoming shipments efficiently.Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and proper lifting techniques while handling materials.Requirements:Previous warehouse, receiving, loading/unloading, or material-handling experience preferred.Must be able to perform frequent heavy lifting throughout the entire shift.Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding warehouse environment.Strong attendance and reliability.Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.Pallet jack or other warehouse equipment experience is a plus.Working Conditions:Extended periods of standing and walking.Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, pushing, and pulling.Repetitive physical movements throughout the shift.Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.Position requires candidates who are comfortable performing consistent physical and heavy-lifting duties.
