Senior Technical Project Manager - Software Development

iRhythm Technologies seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager for its R&D team to lead medical device development projects from conception through commercialization. The role involves cross-functional coordination, design control oversight, and delivery of cardiac health solutions to domestic and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and planning artifacts including WBS, estimation, and timelines with product, engineering, and quality teams
• Own project execution from initiation through post-launch, serving as scrum master and core team leader
• Lead recurring project meetings to track progress, health, and risks; manage project risk register
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination with manufacturing, marketing, customer support, and clinical operations
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and international regulatory standards in collaboration with QA/RA

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or related technical field
• 4+ years leading development projects with design-to-manufacturing transfer experience
• 8+ years professional engineering experience requiring cross-functional collaboration
• Strong project management skills including budgeting, planning, and risk tracking
• Medical device development experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and Visio
• Ability to influence without authority and navigate technical discussions effectively

Compensation: $138,000–$180,000
