Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Traditional outpatient PT experience.
• New graduates are not accepted.
• Physical Therapist credential required to start.
• BLS required to start.

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week.
• No weekend expectations.
• Clinic hours are Monday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, Tuesday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, Wednesday 7:30 AM–2:30 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, and Friday 7:30 AM–2:30 PM.
• No floating required.
• Minimum productivity expectation of 50 visits per week.
• Evaluation blocks are 60 minutes and treatment blocks are 30 minutes.
• Documentation system: NextGen.
• Patient population includes adult, pediatric excluding toddlers and infants, geriatric, orthopedic, mild neuro, and sports medicine patients.

Location Highlights

New Holland offers access to Lancaster County attractions and a quieter small-town setting. The area is about 15 miles from downtown Lancaster and close to Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse for shopping and local dining. Travelers can reach Longwood Gardens in about 30 miles and explore Amish Country backroads, farm markets, and covered bridges throughout eastern Lancaster County. The location also provides access to outdoor recreation at Welsh Mountain Nature Preserve and rail excursions on the Strasburg Rail Road, both within a short drive.
