About This Role As a New Grad RN Resident in the Med/Surg & Telemetry units at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital, you will provide exceptional care to adult patients with medical and surgical diagnoses. This role is ideal for recent nursing graduates looking to enhance their skills in a supportive environment. Highlights Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital Department/Unit: Med/Surg & Telemetry Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You’ll Do Assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care. Interact directly with patients, families, and visitors. Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs. Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach. Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care. Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions. Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when necessary. Document in patients’ medical records. Requirements Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN program) required. Experience: New grad RN or less than one year of RN work experience required. Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required.
