Requirements

.· Must Live within 20 minutes of 6800 Indiana Ave in Riverside.

· Clean DMV is REQUIRED ( This is a deal breaker )

· Must type at least 35 wpm and have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel etc...)

· Must be a self -starter and self- disciplined

· Enjoy dealing with people

· 1 year minimum of Property management experience inspecting properties.

. After 90 days you receive a raise. The amount depends on your performance and what you bring to the table.
