Qualifications:

• Active CT DPH license and (071) certification required
• Prior experience in school-based social work is essential
• Comfortable with onsite, short-term assignments (no virtual option)
• Ability to conduct comprehensive student evaluations
• Open to working full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 35 hours/week
• Willingness to interview via Zoom and provide licensure/certification upfront

Responsibilities:
