Job Order : J0925-2116 – Permanent Full Time Title : Solution Architect Category : Architecture Location : Arlington, Virginia, United States Position Description This position is located in the USA, VA, Arlington, and offers a hybrid working model. The Solution Architect designs and oversees the implementation of technical solutions to meet business needs, acting as a bridge between business requirements and technology capabilities. Responsibilities include analyzing business problems, designing technical blueprints, selecting technology stacks, ensuring scalability and security, and communicating with stakeholders to deliver solutions. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to understand business goals, identify inefficiencies, and define technical requirements. Create high-level architectural blueprints, define the project's technology stack, and design for scalability, availability, and security. Provide recommendations and create technology roadmaps to guide implementation. Oversee integration and implementation to ensure alignment with strategic vision and quality and timeliness standards. Communicate technical strategy, progress, and risks to stakeholders. Guide development teams and collaborate with other architects, project managers, and business analysts. Security clearance: TS/SCI required; ability to obtain TS/SCI with Poly highly desired. Qualifications Senior Bachelor’s degree or 5-10 years of experience. Deep knowledge of enterprise and software architecture, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and systems integration. Analytical skills to connect business demands with technology solutions and data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication for advising stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams. Problem‑solving mindset focused on complex technical challenges. Business acumen: understanding of business processes, financial management, and risk analysis. SME Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience. Security clearance: TS/SCI required; ability to obtain TS/SCI with Poly highly desired.
