Renaissance RecoveryContract Rate: $1200/$1500 per month / Deliverables: 4-6 short-form videos per monthWork Location: Hybrid/RemoteRenaissance Recovery is looking for three creative, engaging Social Media Healthcare Content Creator to produce authentic, social-first content focused on mental health, addiction, recovery, and wellness. One will be hybrid, and two will be remote.We're looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling-and can take an idea from concept to finished video.What You'll DoCreate 4-6 pieces of short-form content per month for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platformsHybrid contractor will travel 1x a month to Business Units in LB/OC to film entertaining and engaging contentOwn the full content creation process, from concept and filming through final editingServe as an on-camera personality for Renaissance Recovery contentParticipate in 1–2 virtual content planning meetings per monthCollaborate remotely with our marketing team on concepts, trends, and messagingCross-promote approved content through your own social media platformsCreate content that is engaging, relatable, visually strong, and aligned with our brandWhat We're Looking ForComfortable and confident on cameraStrong short-form video creation and editing skillsExperience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platformsStrong storytelling instincts and understanding of social trendsAbility to independently film, edit, and deliver polished contentPassion for mental health, wellness, addiction recovery, or behavioral healthcareExisting social media presence preferredLived experience with mental health or recovery is welcomed, but not required.Follower count is not everything.
