Ontic is seeking a Head of US Payroll & Shared Services to transform our payroll operations across multiple states. You will lead strategy, governance, and continuous improvement, partnering with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and senior leaders to deliver compliant, data-driven processes and outstanding employee service.
