Plastic Injection Process/Molding Technician
We are seeking an experienced Plastic Injection Molding Technician to join our team at Plastic Products Company.
Responsibilities:
- Start & test tools & resins. Establish & document injection molding parameters.
- Using a methodical approach to troubleshoot machines, equipment, & processes to resolve part quality issues.
- Troubleshoot cartesian & 6X robot programming & EOAT/hardware & establish new programs when needed.
- Candidate will be asked to work alongside other departments & team members in a group setting to resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidate must have strong background in injection molding. Scientific molding experience and training a plus!
- Plastic injection molding: 2 years+
- Experience w/ Nissei, Milacron, Roboshot Injection molding machines preferred.
- Experience w/ Star, Sepro, Fanuc robotics preferred.
Work Location:
- In person
3rd Shift Sunday night-Thursday night 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Rotating weekend work when required. 40+
