- Preparing and assembling fresh salads and other menu items with precision and care.
- Washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Following food safety guidelines to ensure a clean and sanitary workspace.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to meet daily preparation goals.
- Assisting with inventory checks and restocking ingredients as needed.
