- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures such as LHC/PCI, TAVR, EP Ablations, and device placements.
- Operate and maintain imaging and monitoring equipment including GE, Phillips, and Carto systems.
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to prepare patients and assist during procedures.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and unit policies.
- Document procedures and patient information accurately in EMR systems.
- Adapt to changing schedules, including rotating weekends and call nights.
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in a Cath Lab or electrophysiology environment.
- Hold ARRT certification or equivalent; RCIS or RCES preferred.
- Demonstrate proficiency with electrophysiology procedures, including stimulations.
- Show strong teamwork, adaptability, and reliability skills.
- Be able to handle high-pressure situations and maintain focus during complex procedures.
