Forward Deployed Engineer

We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers and help deploy AI-powered solutions into complex real-world environments.

This is a highly technical role that combines software engineering, customer engagement, systems thinking, and problem-solving. You'll work closely with customers to understand their workflows, build solutions that integrate with existing systems, and help shape the future of an AI platform being used by some of the world's largest organizations.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with customers to understand business processes and technical requirements
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automations, and data solutions
• Build production software that connects AI systems to real-world enterprise environments
• Partner with product and engineering teams to influence platform capabilities
• Own projects from discovery through deployment and long-term success
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 3-8 years of software engineering experience
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar backend technologies
• Experience building and shipping production software
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of ownership
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI, LLMs, agents, or automation platforms
• Background in data engineering, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure
• Customer-facing engineering, solutions engineering, consulting, or implementation experience
• Startup experience or experience working closely with end users
