Payroll & HR Administration Specialist

PACS is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to support the DSD, DON, and Administrator in administering policies and implementing facility orientation. You will help manage HR activities, ensure confidentiality, and support recruitment and onboarding for new staff.
Responsibilities include coordinating payroll processes, maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and assisting with benefits administration, safety programs, and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
