Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Huntington, IN Job Summary: Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment throughout scheduled shifts Help residents with personal hygiene and provide emotional support Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse Document resident food and fluid intake, and assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including making beds and keeping resident areas tidy Transport residents within the facility and assist with daily activities as needed Collaborate with nurses and other staff members to provide comprehensive care Adhere to professional standards, facility policies, and federal, state, and local requirements Requirements: Current and valid CNA certification Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Effective collaboration and teamwork skills Ability to solve problems quickly and adapt to changing situations Strong attention to detail and understanding of patient care policies and regulations Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for various medical conditions Physical strength and stamina; ability to lift and move patients as needed First aid and CPR certifications Work Environment: Part-time and full-time positions available Competitive salary (TBD) Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Opportunities for professional growth and development #J-18808-Ljbffr Envive Healthcare
