Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.20 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Monitor access points and support the orderly flow of shoppers, vendors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific requirements. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders as needed. Minimum Requirements: A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
