Account Executive I - Advanced Surgical Instruments (ASI) - (Trenton, Philadelphia) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Surgery

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Account Executive to sell advanced surgical instruments and solutions to surgeons and hospitals in the Trenton and Philadelphia territory. The role focuses on growing energy and endomechanical platforms while managing assigned physician and institutional accounts.

Responsibilities

• Sell comprehensive Ethicon surgical devices including hemostasis, energy, stapling, and closure platforms
• Demonstrate proper product use and clinical knowledge to surgeons in operating room settings
• Manage assigned sales territory and physician/hospital accounts to meet forecast targets
• Conduct sales presentations and execute selling cycle in compliance with healthcare guidelines
• Build customer relationships with physicians, hospital personnel, and distributors; conduct education seminars

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sales experience
• Valid United States driver's license
• Proven track record achieving sales objectives
• Operating room sales or hospital-based pharmaceutical experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
