Job Description Job Description Prosperity Dental Group is seeking a motivated, experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing, patient-focused practice in West Palm Beach. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1–2 years of dental assisting experience Knowledge of chairside assisting, sterilization, and room setup Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix experience a plus) Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional, positive, and patient-centered attitude Responsibilities Include: Chairside assisting during general and specialty procedures Preparing treatment rooms and instruments Assisting with X-rays and patient education Maintaining sterilization and infection control standards Supporting the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Supportive, team-oriented work environment Modern, well-equipped office Opportunities for growth and long-term stability Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited RDA program or 1 year experience as a DA.
