Salmon & Associates is currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our team.

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Remote

Work Environment/Physical Demands: office/sedentary

Travel Requirements : Occasional office and site visits

Essential Functions:

• Manage client relationships while overseeing recruiting operations for technical and engineering positions.
• Partner with clients to identify workforce needs and deliver qualified engineering and technical talent.
• Source, interview, and place candidates across multiple project locations.
• Coordinate onboarding and compliance for employees working at client facilities.
• Develop candidate proposals and coordinate hiring decisions with client leadership.
• Participate in client safety meetings and ensure workforce adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Relationship development skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate
• Attention to detail
