Warehouse Associate (Temporary, 2-Weeks)

Overview: A logistics client of Insight Global is seeking 3-4 temporary Warehouse Associates for a short-term, 2-week project. This team will support the clearing and organization of a warehouse following the conclusion of a client contract, primarily handling large appliances. Daily responsibilities could include:

• Assist with moving, staging, and loading/unloading appliances
• Prepare warehouse inventory for removal and shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety guidelines and team direction

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of prior warehouse, moving, or general labor experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods
• Reliable and able to commit to full 2-week assignment
• Able to pass a standard criminal risk background check (no felonies or misdemeanors)

Location: Louisville, KY

Hours: 5am-10am (5 hours/day, but could go longer some days)

Pay: $18/hr

Start Date: As early as Wednesday, 6/17

Hiring Process: 1st round phone conversation with recruiter; 2nd round video interview with the account manager; HR resume approval and then an offer. Candidate will need to provide professional (not personal) references and submit to a background check.

This project operates on a strict two-week timeline, and consistent attendance is critical to success. Candidates must be able to commit to the full assignment with reliable, on-time participation throughout.
