Responsibilities

• Must learn our systems and demonstrate the ability to teach and train them.
• Maintain personal production while developing the performance of the overall team.
• Build and develop a productive sales team through resumes, interviews, and personal
• Coach representatives on communication, sales skills, client presentations, and professional development. A Major part of this position is developing people- not simply managing numbers.
