Job Description:
We are seeking an  Assistant Residential Property Manager & Leasing professional to support the management and leasing of our residential properties in Birmingham, AL. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career in property management while handling leasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations.
• Support leasing activities, including property tours, applications, lease signings, and renewals.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and staff.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and resident files.
• Assist with marketing and resident engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and property regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in residential property management, leasing, or real estate required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and support a team.
• Knowledge of residential leasing laws is a plus.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software is helpful but not required.
