11:00 AM - 10:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: - Experience in all X-ray procedures and in surgery running C-arms. Preferred Skills/Experience: - Teaching Hospital Experience. - Community Hospital Experience: Required Credentials: - Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. Special Requests:

• RTO must be listed at time of submission.
• All previous permanent employees of any Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position.
• References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
• All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract. Candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders as soon as possible after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
• You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Thurs No Weekends On call would be on a voluntary basis and would be appreciated but not required Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined. 5 days maximum time off 2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years Driver’s license required for submission Certifications:
