This is a permanent position with a structured team where you will receive on-the-job training across internal processes, order management and ERP documentation, with the chance to step into roles like Production Planning or Inside Sales as you develop.

You will join a large site with a diverse team, modern systems and a strong track record of retaining and rewarding employees. Due to continued growth, they are adding support to strengthen their department structure and customer service capability.

In this role you will support customer order processing and deliveries, coordinate between departments to resolve issues, update production orders and shipments in an ERP, and create reports (Excel) covering items like inventory levels.

This role would suit someone proficient with Excel, looking for a stable Monday–Friday position where you can learn, gain recognition, and progress over time within a growing business.

The Role:

• Support customer order processing and delivery scheduling
• Liaise with multiple departments including Sales, Production Planning, Logistics and Finance to meet customer needs
• Maintain accurate ERP documentation for orders and shipments
• Create and update reports using MS Excel
• Monday-Friday, days role

The Person:

• Strong computer skills with confidence using Excel/spreadsheets
• Comfortable in a busy, high-volume environment; flexible and eager to learn
• ERP/SAP exposure helpful but not essential (full training will be provided)
