Job Summary To bridge the gap between the business and technical teams| analyze and document business requirements| suggest innovative design solutions to the assigned project team as per the business requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• To conduct in-depth analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into clear and concise functional specifications.
• To analyze available options, considering feasibility, cost, and alignment with business requirements and suggest solutions.
• To participate and facilitate the walkthrough' to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements.
• To prepare and / or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements
• Tackle complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
