Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Pay: $19 – $20 per hour Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Job Description: The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will support customers by phone, assisting them with account-related questions and exploring available solutions. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English and involves handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls in a structured call center setting. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure employees feel confident navigating systems, understanding processes, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
