As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. What’s in it for you: Site Location: Alexandria, LA Set Schedule: Schedule 1: Friday-Saturday 11pm-7am and Monday- Tuesday 3pm-11pm Schedule 2: Saturday- Sunday 3pm-11pm and Monday- Tuesday 11pm-7am Schedule 3: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7am-3pm Schedule 4: Wednesday- Friday 7am-3pm Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors Manage access control Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Previous hospital experience Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard Be authorized to work in the U.S. Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Pass an extensive screening process Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better! Have a state license if required Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
