Isla Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our modern family dental practice located. The ideal candidate will be comfortable treating patients of all ages and proficient in restorative care, crown and bridge, extractions, and basic endodontics. Join a reputable practice equipped with state-of-the-art technology and supported by a strong team with rotating pediatric, orthodontic, and oral surgery specialists.
Isla Dental is a well-established dental group with multiple locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Renowned for outstanding patient care and community reputation, our offices feature cutting-edge dental equipment such as Dentrix software, digital x-rays, scanners, electric handpieces, and nitrous oxide setups. We pride ourselves on a family-friendly environment catering to diverse patient needs with a mix of insurance types including Medicaid, PPO, and fee-for-service.

Licensed General Dentist with senior-level experience
Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including extractions and basic endodontics
Comfortable treating patients of all ages, including pediatric patients
Familiarity with Dentrix software and digital dental imaging systems
Strong patient interaction and communication skills
Commitment to quality patient care and collaborative practice environment
Job Description
Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages in a family practice setting
Perform general dentistry procedures including restorative treatments, crowns, bridges, extractions, and basic endodontics
Utilize digital dental technologies for diagnostics and treatment planning
Collaborate effectively with rotating pediatric, orthodontic, and oral surgery specialists
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance
