Executive Director | Fox Point Leadership Opportunity to Inspire, Lead, Grow

What You Will Lead
Drive excellence across all community operations while balancing quality care with strong financial performance
Inspire mentor and elevate your team to deliver their very best every day
Build strong local relationships that grow community presence and trust
Ensure compliance while maintaining the highest standards of care and service
What You Bring
Healthcare leadership experience long term care preferred
Bachelor's degree required Master's preferred
Exceptional communication leadership and organizational skills
