As a Junior Advisor, you will develop essential skills vital for success in the Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales sector. This role emphasizes cold calling, marketing, and underwriting, alongside CRM/database management and active involvement in team activities such as role plays, meetings, and training sessions. Your Responsibilities: Utilize proprietary and industry systems to research competitors, validate property ownership, and identify new leads and projects. Investigate SIG's active inventory and propose properties to potential buyers. Catalog relevant properties in the market classified by product type, CAP rate, and price range. Assist with Proposals or Broker Opinion of Value (BOVs) and perform comparative analyses on deals. Update and maintain the company CRM and shared database effectively. Engage actively in all team huddles, meetings, and training sessions. Who You Are: You thrive on a commission-based framework. You have 1+ years of experience in sales, cold-calling, or a professional office role. You are passionate about Commercial Real Estate and/or Investment Sales.
