Sr Account Executive Agency

Summary Senior Account Executive — responsible for managing complex client deliverables and overseeing multiple projects from start to finish. Build and maintain client relationships, act as trusted point of contact, ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to drive successful outcomes and contribute to strategic direction of accounts. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day management of assigned accounts by working effectively with cross‑departmental, cross‑country teams to deliver top‑notch work while managing internal and client expectations & timelines. Effectively manage teams across creative, social, strategy, media, project management and analytics to achieve client objectives and ensure no deadlines are missed. Manage a cross‑functional team to deliver comprehensive and thoughtful insights reports as well as campaign wrap‑up reports. Create dependable, organized, and clear communications at all levels and across all departments. Demonstrate unwavering attention to detail. Establish trust‑based relationships by effectively and accurately conversing with clients and delivering against their objectives & needs. Proactively problem‑solve with oversight from manager. Demonstrate deep understanding of agency process, departments and how to effectively get work done on time and on budget. Collaborate well with external agency partners to drive integrated programs. Develop and own assigned relationships that build a trust‑based partnership with client teams, agency partners and third‑party vendors. Demonstrate working knowledge of consumer/shopper marketing landscapes and the client’s own industry to develop new business opportunities and potential revenue streams within existing clients. Design and lead proposal and program development presentations with support and guidance from Director. Supervise and/or directly manage program execution, budgets, tracking, and post‑promotional reporting in accordance with company systems and processes. Contribute to recruiting, hiring, training, and development of direct reports with support of Director. Partner with Planning team members to develop category, channel, customer and competitive brand marketplace insights, identify most value consumer targets, communication strategy, innovation opportunities, promotion program objectives, strategies and tactical recommendations for programs. When relevant, demonstrate thought leadership, channel expertise and strategic integration with client agency partners. Communicate and interact effectively with internal teams for all departments and/or clients to deliver timely client decisions and approvals. Identify cross‑company marketing revenue‑driving opportunities. Successfully manage and develop agency cross‑functional team members. Requirements 3‑5 years agency experience. Executed integrated digital campaigns (creative development, social media, influencer/creator, media, etc.). General understanding of analytics, tracking and KPIs for client business. Ability to consistently perform & stay on top of deliverables in a remote‑work environment both as an individual contributor and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple work streams at once. Ability to contribute strategically to integrated marketing plans and make recommendations based on business goals and previous learnings. Proficiency in the Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive) and the MS Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams). Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong client‑service orientation and team‑player attitude. Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last‑minute changes. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (required). 2‑4 years of experience in a leadership/managerial role in agency, brand management and/or media production (preferred). 5+ years of experience in consumer product, brand management, media or agency (preferred). Supervisory Responsibilities Direct Reports: Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company‑wide processes, tools and resources. Indirect Reports: May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports. Travel Requirements Travel and driving are not essential duties or functions of this job.
